Who Am I?

I am a multi-media artist and experimental filmmaker based in Los Angeles. Focusing on the intersection between image and feeling, sound and movement, I am greatly interested in the kinesthetic and somatic experiences within the body, especially in relation to a body’s environment. 

I have a BA from Hampshire College in experimental filmmaking, and Somatics, specializing in Dance Movement Therapy. I aim to combine these studies by capturing the feeling and therapeutic aspects of dance and movement explorations through my art. I want to allow others who may not be able to fully access their own physical movement, to access it through exercising kinesthetic empathy while experiencing the worlds I create. I invite the viewer to engage with my work in a variety of levels, using their body, breath, memory, and sight.
